Directions

As a dietary supplement, take 3 caplets 3 times daily, 30 minutes before eating, with 16 ounces of water. Workout Days: Take on of your 3 caplet daily servings prior to working out on an empty stomach, with 16 ounces of water. Protein Requirements: Be certain to eat a minimum of

1.5 - 2 grams of protein per pound of body weight for maximum effects. The process of (protein synthesis) requires optimal resources of protein to maximize anabolic processes during times of intense training. Cycle Length and Dosing: Depending on desired intensity of effect, cycle length may extend anywhere between 4 - 12 weeks in duration. Users under 150 pounds should take 2 caplets, 3 times daily (6 per day). Users over 150 pounds should take 3 caplets, 3 times daily (9 per day). Stacking: Stack with an extreme anabolic agent. Effective synergistic reaction may occur when utilized with most other performance enhancement supplements. Start slow when adding other products to assess for tolerance. 17-BOL will typically be a great addition to any other stacked product. Store at 15-30 degrees C (59-86 degrees F). Protect from heat, light and moisture. Do not puncture if seal is broken.
