Axis Labs Sesamax Details:
SesaMAX™ Lipo Incinerating Complex™
Sesamin Plus Omega-3 Fish Fats
SesaMAX™ is a break through fat loss formula comprised of Sesamin Lignans with
the added benefit of Omega-3 Fish Fats. SesaMAX™’s revolutionary, multi-faceted
benefits increase fat oxidation (burning) while decreasing fat storage to get
you lean and keep you lean! SesaMAX™ also turbo charges the effects of dieting
by fueling ketosis when you cut carbohydrates. Axis Labs ® has gone above and
beyond the competition by intergrading super potent EPA/DHA Fish Fats into
SesaMAX™. Fish Fats has been scientifically proven to provide a rich source of
essential fatty acids (EFA’s) and “good” fats. The synergistic combination of
Sesamin Lignans and EFA’s can strongly improve healthy metabolic function,
reduce oxidative stress, and improve cholesterol levels. Get a hard, healthy
core by supplementing with SesaMAX™ now!
SesaMAX™ Highlights:

What is Sesamin
Sesamin is a lignan that is found in sesame seeds. A lignan is a molecule
that combines with a receptor to activate that receptor, and create a response.
The receptor and lignan will then perform a function in the body. Sesamin
is a lignan for the Peroxisome Proliferator-ActivatorReceptor Alpha (PPARalpha).
The receptor is found in muscle, liver, and heart tissue and is involved in the
oxidation (burning) of fat. Activation of PPARalpha increases gene expression
of the fatty acid oxidation (burning) enzymes and decreases gene expression of lipogenic
(fat storing) enzymes. Sesamin has been shown to be a potent PPARalpha activator.
The majority of fat oxidation occurs in skeletal muscle cells and the liver.
PPARalpha activation by sesamin increases fat oxidation by increasing the expression
of enzymes involved in the oxidation of fatty acids. SesaMAX™ can increase
some types of enzymes that help shuttle fatty acids into the mitochondria of cells,
where they are burned.
Decreased Fat Storage
SesaMAX™ is an amazing fat burning supplement for several reasons. First,
Sesamin has been shown to decrease the lipogenic (fat storing) gene expression of
several different enzymes involved storing fat. These enzymes include sterol
regulatory element binding protein-1 (SREBP-1), acetyl-CoA carboxylase, and fatty
acid synthase. Decreasing these lipogenic enzymes means that less fat is esterifized
in the liver and less fat is stored in the body. Second, flax seed oil
provides the essential fatty acids necessary to support optimal metabolism in
the body. Supplementing with essential fatty acids can actually help your
body loose fat, decrease cholesterol and reduce oxidative stress.
Ketosis
Ketogenesis occurs when fatty acid oxidation is increased to a point where the liver
cannot metabolize the fatty acids completely. Excess acetyl-CoA (which can be created
from glucose, fat or amino acid metabolism) is converted to ketones in the liver
and released into the bloodstream for use by other tissues as fuel (specifically
the brain). Ketones are very important during a low carb diet, because the
brain cannot use fatty acids for fuel. The brain can use glucose, but when
glucose is low, the brain will turn to ketones for its energy. Sesamin has been
shown to increase ketone production. Increasing ketone production with Sesamin should
have protein-sparing effect, because less amino acids will be needed to create ketones.
The addition of flax seed oil to SesaMAX™ will also support ketogenesis and help
you keep as much muscle as possible while dieting. This means your muscle
mass will be spared while dieting and you will loose more fat!
Omega-3 Fish Fats
The western diet, primarily consisting of Omega-6's and 9's (meat and
vegetable oils), is considerably low in omega-3 fish oils. Recent research shows
that omega-3 fish oils strongly support fat loss and aids in general health
promoting effects. The most beneficial and active fatty acids in fish oils are
Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) and Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA). SesaMAX™ contains a
potent omega-3 fish oil concentrate yielding a 50% EPA/DHA blend, effective at
smaller doses. This is why
SesaMAX™ is the most powerful fat burning, health promoting gel cap on the
market.
