Directions

As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule of 7-Phenyl Stack in the morning 1 hour prior to breakfast. Eat a reduced calorie breakfast. Wait at least 4 hours . Take 1 capsule of 7-Phenyl Stack 1 hour prior to lunch. Eat a reduced calorie lunch. Enjoy a sensible dinner. If you become accustomed to the strength of taking one capsule before meals you may choose to increase your dosage to two capsules before meals. Do not exceed 6 capsules per day. Important: 7-Phenyl Stack works best when combined with a reduced calorie diet and a regular exercise program.
