Do you provide international shipping?
Shipping to destinations outside of the USA is not available.
When will my order be shipped and how long until it arrives?
Top Shape Supplements makes every effort to process your order as quickly as possible. Most orders for in-stock products submitted on weekdays are shipped within 24 hours of ordering. If ordering on a weekend or holiday, your order will be shipped the following business day.

Where is my tracking number?
UPS: Tracking numbers are provided via email for UPS orders 24 - 48 hours after the order has been processed.
USPS does have a tracking number system that presents a limited amount of data. We'll provide a USPS tracking number and link for your shipment via email.
Do you ship to PO Box Addresses?
Yes, PO Box addressed orders are shipped USPS.
Do you ship to Military Addresses?
Yes, we ship to Military addresses via USPS. Insurance costs are built into the shipping price and applied to your order automatically.
USPS will deliver the package in 1-3 days to the military address provided. If the package must go through Military mail, it usually takes 2-3 weeks to arrive.

I provided an incorrect shipping address. What now?
Customers are responsible for providing the correct address at the time of purchase. Please notify Body Dynamics Online immediately if there is an error in the address provided. If the package has already been shipped, Body Dynamics Online will contact the shipping service for a recall attempt. Customers are responsible for the delivery charges of the second shipment. Customers no longer willing to purchase the product are subject to the restocking fee of 20%. Shipping charges are not refundable.
