Directions

As a dietary supplement, take 2 scoops on an empty stomach 45-minutes before physical activity, using approximately 8-12 oz of juice or water. Always start with 1 scoop to assess tolerance before gradually increasing dosage. Use only on training days and never exceed more then 3 scoops in a 24-hour period and/or dose. Please note, the Beta Alanine in this product may cause a slight tingling sensation in some, and is a natural characteristic to this ingredient. Due to the hygroscopic nature of this product, if clumping occurs, shake container until powder is free flowing before removing serving.
