Directions

As a dietary supplement take 3 capsules of Anabolic-7 and 1 capsule 17-HD with a full glass of water 30 minutes prior to exercise. On non-training days, take 3 capsules of Anabolic-7 first thing in the morning. 17-HD should only be taken on training days only before workouts. Take with or without food. For best results use continuously for a minimum of 8 weeks.
