I was working out consistently for 6 months with a personal trainer and lifting pretty heavy weights along with an hour of cardio 6 days a week with no supplements. I started taking venon along with my diet and exercise routine and went from 132 pounds to about 124 in 2 months along with gaining a ton of muscle. I decided to stop taking venom because I thought it might be the cause of my low sex drive and gained about 4 pounds back plus my appetite was out of control. Needless to say it was not the venom and i started taking it again and after only 2 days have completely changed my diet hunger and craving around. Now I'm back on track with venom and am hoping to reach my goals. I did notice and was advised to not take venom everyday so i either take it on my more difficult work out days or 3-4 days out of the week. (off and on days) Thanks,
