At 49 I have a history of weight lifting and quasi serious body building. I began getting serious about reshaping my "furniture diseased" (chest drops into your drawers) body on October 12, 2006. I saw some results with a combination of 4 days lifting and 2 - 3 cardio sessions per week but still had some "love handle" left. Added Venom to my regular whey suppliments and have lost 30 lbs! I now have a 32" waist and my 17 year old football playing son (a WR who is cut like only kids can be) can't wear MY clothes! The first week I noticed the increase heart rate and sleep disruption but as I near the end of the bottle, it has disapated completly.
