I tried a sample pack of ALRI Venom, which contained two pills. I didn't notice any of the usual side effects I get with diet supplements such as headaches or heartburn. While at the gym two hours later I was sweating like crazy. I had to slow down and take longer rest periods than normal because my heart rate was elevated. I'll definitely buy a bottle of Venom and report on the results.
