I have tried a few other products as well as the original ECA Stack. This product turns up the heat without all the jitters. I do not get the afternoon slows after lunch either and at night when it's time to go to sleep, I am out. With only working out thirty minutes a day three days a week on the elliptical, I have lost 26lbs in 2 months. I have went down more than a pant size. I would recommend this product to anyone.
