Directions

As a dietary supplement, take three x-caps in the morning and two x-caps in the evening. Take on an empty stomach 30 minutes before or after eating a meal for better absorption. Do not exceed five x-caps per day. Store at controlled room temperature between 59 and 86 degrees F. To maintains freshness, do not refrigerate.
