I took only 1 cap of this and one cap of stacker 2 before my last workout and damn I could not believe how much stronger I felt and how much less fatigued I was after I was finished with my workout. I felt like I should keep working out but had to restrain myself to prevent overtraining. I have only taken 1 so far but I loved what it did for me.
