Directions

Suggested Use: 1) Eat a well balanced diet. 2) Drink 12 (10 oz) glasses of water a day. 3) Take 1/2 (

2.5 ml) servings the first week prior to exercise. If well tolerated take 1 serving (5 ml) serving prior to exercise. 4) Exercise at least 20 minutes daily. You may take 1/2 (

2.5 ml) to 1 (5 ml) serving 1-2 other times a day for energy. Take with food; do not take on an empty stomach. Allow 6-8 hrs between dosages.

Do not use this product if you are under the age of 18 or you are pregnant, expect to become pregnant or are nursing. Do not use this product if you are at risk or are being treated for high blood pressure, heart, kidney, thyroid or psychiatric disease, anxiety, depression, seizure disorders or stroke. Consult your health care professional before use if you are taking antidepressants, MAO inhibitors or any other prescription drugs. Individuals with caffeine sensitivity should consider the amount to take. Everyone's metabolism is different and may respond differently to the variety and amount of each ingredient in this formula. For this reason, some customers may need to take 5 ml while some customers may require less. Do not exceed the recommended serving size of 5 ml.
