I did only cleanse for five days because I really wanted some protein. I did eat a larger dinner than what is suggested ie: eggplant parmigiana, pasta and lots of veggies! Once I finished the cleanse I also began using the fat metabolizer and watched how much food I portioned myself. A key to success is to think of healthy eating vs dieting! I did this cleansing for five days. I did eat a decent dinner which included Ratatouille, eggplant and brown rice. I lost seven pounds. Be sure not to drink alcohol. To maintain the weight loss I have changed my diet to eating less red meat, more vegetables, eating breakfast and watching my portions. Great product for cleansing!
