This is our favorite protein product. It tastes the best of any protein product we have ever had, it has a very high protein content and essentially no sugar or fat, and it has glutamine included. It blends very easily, just a few shakes in a blender bottle and it is a great shake. We have entire cabinets devoted to just Iso-Sensation tubs and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to get super high-quality whey protein without added calories or fat. It is also recommended for anyone sensitive to taste - the chocolate fudge is great with water or milk. Cookies-n-Cream is good as well, but a little too sweet for my tastes. The vanilla bean is okay, but not as tasty as the chocolate, though good for mixing with other flavors.
