Use ON 100% Casein Protein first thing in the morning, immediately before bed, in place of small meals, and/or any other time when delayed protein absorption is desired. To encourage positive nitrogen balance, consume approximately 1 gram of protein per pound of body weight per day from a combination of high protein foods and supplement. For better results, consume your daily protein allotment over 4-6 meals spread evenly throughout the day. Store in a cool, dry place. Notice: For use as a dietary supplement only. Mixing Instructions (3 Different Methods): Blender - (Easy: A little more involved but worth the trouble): Add one heaping scoop of ON 100% Casein Protein to a blender filled with 10-12 fl oz of cold water or milk. Cover and blend for 20-30 seconds. Add 1-2 ice cubes then blend for an additional 30 seconds. Enjoy. For a delicious smoothie, try adding fruits, peanut butter, yogurt, shredded coconut, and/or other ingredients (along with the ice cubes) to your blended casein protein shake.
