First of all, I do not mix the product in a shake or the like as directed. I prefer to take the scoop directly and chase it down with a liquid. With that said, this thing tastes HORRIBLE!! I mean HORRIBLE! I have also read other reviews that say the same thing. I don't know if mixing it would help with the bad taste, and I also don't see this mixing very well. What I've found that works for me is to chase it down with a small amount of grape juice. Aside from the bad taste, I feel that the product works as advertised and will continue to use this as my glutamine supplement.
