Great stuff!! I stack Leucemine with Nitro-e8 on training days.I put 2 scoops in with 16 onces of water x 2.I sip it throughtout my workout. I take 5 Nitro-e8 20 minutes before my workout, and 10 immediately after my last rep with the last of my Leucemine. It's a great combo! The gains I've made (lost 35 lbs. and added 15 lbs. of muscle)are almost unbelievable.Of course proper nutrition and rest play a large part in my success. My recovery time has been cut in half and I'm rarely sore, if at all.

I've used two cans ever since I got sucked in by the advertising. It's okay but I really don't see the big deal considering the price. I'm going to try it again after having been off of it a while to see if it makes a difference. Maybe I was expecting too much being the sucker that I am for their two-page ads. Tips: 1. Don't expect a miracle. Not that I expected one, but there was no great body transformation after two cans (yes, I followed the directions). 2. Not that really expected this one either but, there was no absence of soreness (something they claim in one of their ads). I don't understand how this product is supposed to prevent muscle soreness when nothing in it buffers lactic acid as far as I know. And isn't soreness a good thing after a workout? 3. It doesn't mix well. Shaking this stuff "vigorously" like the can says is an exercise in futility. I tried various electronic devices as well as shakers, spoons, etc. The best thing was a drink mixer, but this makes it foam a little at the top. Keep your shaker with you or keep a spoon in your cup to stir before you sip it during your workout. Some ingredients seem to go to the bottom while others float on top. I'm guessing you need to get some of each in every sip. 4. There's grape and "orange." Get the grape, whatever you do, get grape. 5. See tip 4. 6. Keep it cold if you can. If beer and Dr. Pepper are bad at room temp, imagine this stuff with not one, but two artificial sweeteners. The reason I want to give it another shot is that the principle behind this product makes sense and I feel a little better mentally knowing I'm taking in aminos instead of just water during a workout. We'll see . . .

GREAT PRODUCT...I have only been back in the gym for about 4 weeks now and this is after 7 months away due to illness. This product helps with recovery and prevents muscle fatigue and soreness. For my body weight I only use 2 scoops and I can say I have not had one day of soreness. I train my legs harder than any other muscle group and not one morning have I gotten up sore and the recovery is awesome.
