Mix the desired dosage of LeuceMine™ and begin sipping at the beginning of the workout to last throughout the training session. On particularly HIGH STRESS days (such as back and leg day) add 2 scoops to the regular dosage. Typical dosage for men is 4 scoops and 2 to 3 for women.
