I have tried this product, its works good. I am very happy with the results. I put on 5 lbs in a week. and my shoulders have seen the biggest gain. Although i do agree there is alot of suger in the drink especially when you mix with milk. I would recomend this product if your like me and cant gain weight. I give it about a 3.5 of 5.0 , because of the whole sugar thing.

I DEFINITELY LIKE THE TASTE I MIX IT WITH MILK I THINK THERE IS ALOT OF SURGAR...ANYONE KNOW IF THIS IS A REALLY BAD THING??? MY DIET DOESNT CONSIST OF MUCH SUGAR EXCEPT WHEN I DRINK JUICE ANYWAY
