I ordered four bottles because the price was right. But it turns out based on careful research that the optimal dose is about 0.3 mg, which is 1/10 of a tablet. So I ended up chopping each tablet into 1/8's which gives me 800 doses per bottle, at one dose per evening. I am not a pill person. In fact, these are the first pills I have taken in many months. I thought that with my computer work until 10:00 p.m. or occasionally later, a bit of Melatonin might do me good. And whether it is placebo effect or better, I do seem to be having fewer nights with sleep difficulty. I consider this a great bargain on a nice gentle supplement. Tom
