Just bought M.A.S.S. Cycle kit last night. Today I started and will be hitting the gym to follow the excercises set out in the booklet provided. I have organized my diet and will not be consuming any junk, simple carbs, bad fats, etc throughout the cycle...just complex carbs, fruits/vegetable and lots of protein (chicken, beef, etc). I am also using "Muscle Juice" mass builder as a snack in between meals. I currently weigh about 160lbs and my goal is 180lbs within the next few months of intense training and dedicated eating habits. I will keep everyone posted.
