I truely enjoy the taste of lean desert. I ahve used other vanilla proteins and found this to be the most filling and best tasting, I stir it with a fork , nothing fancy. Once in a while I will blend it with fruit and ice.Great price on this site, this is much much more expensive at the local shops and the gym.
