Directions: It says take anywhere from 1-3 scoops but I found that anything less than 3 heaping scoops of this stuff isn't worth it. This is especially true if you are a little bit "heavier" than the average person. Also, the increased concentration and other advantages that they put on the product really don't work. Side-effects: Yep it's true. SuperPumps -_ SuperDumps. You can reduce this by eating with the drink but that makes it take longer to work. Overall: It says what it does. This product will give you a little bit increased in strength and pumps that are really noticable. For me, the biceps were ridicilously pumped after about a week.

superpump works great! you will definately notice a huge pump within 10minutes of downing a scoop or two. i highly recommend taking this product with food (i take mine with a breakfast bar or protein bar immediately before i work out) and ween yourself onto it, otherwise youll be throwing up red juice all over your bench.

After I had tried the Superpump250 I noticed a great pump while working out. However, it played havoc on my guts and I was only taking 1 scoop before a work out. I have read other reviews of the product and guys have had the same problem,,,,,,,calling it "SuperDump250"

My muscles were rock hard after taking Superpump! I only took 1/3 the usual dosage the first time as instructed on the container. I had plenty of energy and strength gains during the workout. Towards the end of the workout and the rest of the night my muscles were very hard. Superpump is worth a try if you are looking for some energy, strength gains and an awesome pump during your workouts!
