Directions

As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules with at least 13 ounces of water; 30 to 60 minutes before meals. Do not take more than 2 capsules in a 4-hours period, maximum 6 capsules in one day. Do not take within 5 hours of bed time. Each serving (2 capsules) contains 20 mg of caffeine.
