Directions

This bottle has been double sealed for your protection. Do not use if outer seal or inner cap seal is broken or missing. Take 1 capsules in the AM before eating with 8 ounces of water. Use On Cycle for 30-45 days followed by 30-45 days Off Cycle. Take a 60 day break then begin use again. Keep tightly closed in a cool dry place.
