I love it! I have try many things over the year that make my jiggery or my heart race. I've had not issue, I had a boost of engery the first week then I was back to normal. I workout with 3lbs weight 15 minute everyday, I started about 6 weeks ago and lost about 15lbs and some inches too, my clothes fit better, my belly has gone down! I LOVE IT.
